2. Purchase through Dan.com or Escrow.com

The choices available are set by the domain seller, not Availnames.com.

Yes, if a domain seller is accepting offers you will see the option when viewing the domain. Each domain is priced by the seller and not by us (Availnames.com). If an offer is received it will be forwarded to the domain seller to begin negotiations.

If you have not heard from the domain seller please let us know so we can reach out to them. If we do not receive a response the domain will be removed from the marketplace.

Yes, if the domain seller is open to installments you will see the option above.

Once the domain name is successfully transferred to you, then it is Active for the term of the registration. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and renew the domain registration before the expiration date. Annual registration costs vary depending on where you have your domain registered.

When you buy a domain name from our marketplace the ownership of the domain name passes from the domain seller to you and there are no restrictions on how you can use it. Each purchase includes the domain name(s) and if included a Pre-designed logo(s) or text illustration displayed along with the domain names on your request.

No. There are not websites included with the domain names, but if you are looking for a great website, we can recommend someone to you.

If there is a logo displayed with the desired domain, then the original logo file will be included free of charge.

No. When purchasing a brand from the Dot Brandables marketplace you will get the ownership rights to the domain name and logo design artwork that we provide with it for Free without copyright.

Yes (if included). Full ownership of the intellectual property passes from the domain seller to you, so you as a buyer may resell or lend a copy together or without the domain.

You will need to contact either Dan.com, Afternic.com, or Sedo.com to find out the terms of their refund policy. Currently, we do not accept payments for domains.
